At the heart of this kit are organic Sambucus nigra elderberries — prized for their deep purple colour and naturally occurring antioxidant plant compounds. Combined with warming spices including ginger, cloves and organic Ceylon cinnamon, the result is a beautifully flavoured syrup inspired by traditional herbal recipes.

Once prepared, the kit makes approximately 750ml of elderberry syrup.
